LifeLab’s transformative coaching tools and techniques will get you back to your best in work and life, and give you the skills to keep you there.
My name is Lisa Berndt and I am a certified professional and personal coach and member of the International Coach Federation. I’m also a scientist, by nature and training.
In my previous career I worked as an entomologist, team manager and leader in a science organisation. I’m also a mum and have experienced the challenge of balancing the demands of parenthood with the pull of an exciting career.
My career shift came about after the experience of burnout caused me to reassess my priorities and re-focus on my passion: helping people be their best in life.
My clients tell me that my experience working in their world helps me relate to them, leading to faster and more effective change. Dealing with a challenge is hard work. Having a coach beside you who’s been there before can make the difference between that challenge breaking you or making you stronger.
For science organisations wanting to reduce the impacts of stress, improve resilience and help their employees give their best, I can work with you to develop individual or group coaching to suit.
If you think I might be able to help you or your organisation, get in touch to book a free, no obligation assessment.
